Caliber Joins Military Influencers at Conference in Washington, DC

Caliber Home Loans had the honor of attending this year’s Military Influencers Conference (MIC), in Washington, D.C. Caliber representatives included National Director of Military & Veteran Lending, Bryan Bergjans, and Director of Military Community Engagement, Brittany Boccher.

More about the Military Influencers Conference

The annual conference, established in 2016, was created to bring together a community of entrepreneurs, influencers, creatives, executives, and leaders who are connected to the military community.

The MIC includes workshops, keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and interactive experiences. The purpose of this powerful community effort is mentorship, inspiration, and collaboration.

Every year, attendees include service members, military spouses, veterans, and Congressional Medal of Honor winners. This year’s conference was graced with several honorable service members, including Captain Florent Groberg, US Army (ret.) and Medal of Honor recipient, Captain Paul (Bud) Buccha, US Army (ret.) and Medal of Honor recipient, and Captain Travis Schweizer, US navy (ret.), President of the USVCC.

Caliber Thanks Medal of Honor Recipients

In attendance this year was Captain Florent Groberg, whom Caliber representatives had the honor of meeting in 2017, as well. Captain Groberg, US Army, earned the Medal of Honor for his actions in Afghanistan during 2012. Click here for more of his story.
